Andy SOH, SINGAPORE
Chief Operating Officer
Logistical planning and event operations are but child’s play to Andy. This is especially after he oversaw the largest Model United Nations conference in Southeast Asia with over 1,000 participants. Andy has since gone on to intern at mammoth companies like Apple and Neptune Orient Lines. Otherwise, Andy is a senior at the National University of Singapore where he is currently pursuing a Double Degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering and Business. A trained debater however, Andy formerly represented NUS High School of Mathematics and Science at several national-level tournaments before going on to volunteer with the Debate Association (Singapore) as an adjudicator. Thus, he not only draws on his professional experience in the operations and logistic field but was, like many hope to be, a great orator in his youth.
His present academic interests include supply chain management and optimization as well as software engineering. It is no wonder that during his stint with Apple, Andy focused on developing computer models for supply chain problems. These aside, Andy is a Boarding Councillor at his alma mater, while actively participating in business case competitions. Notably, he is the 2015 champion for both the NUS-Shell Business Case Challenge and the UOB-NUS Case Competition. In his free time, Andy is a loyal Arsenal fan who enjoys watching Chinese historical dramas.
