Do students need a visa to attend summer camp in Korea?

You are required to apply for an short-term stay visa to Korea if you are holding a passport from a visa-required country. You will need to apply for a visa at the Korean Embassy/Consulate with the jurisdiction. Holders of passports from these countries are allowed to enter Korea without a visa and to stay in the country for up to 30 days.

What is the current situation of COVID-19 in Korea?

South Korea lifts all social distancing measures and entry requirements. According to The Republic of Korea Ministry of Foreign Affairs: -Vaccination is NOT a requirement for entry into Korea. -Q-code registration is no longer required. -No COVID-19 testing required.

What is the plan to handle risks when participating in a summer camp in Korea?

The Global Citizen strictly follows the Risk Assessment Management System of the Singapore Ministry of Education in planning and organizing any activities during the Korea Summer Camp 2024. Code of Conduct and Risk Management Guidelines and safety will be provided to faculty/instructors, staff and participating students.

In the event that a student is unable to participate in one or more program activities due to personal reasons, will the student get a refund for that activity?

In case students are unable to participate in program activities due to personal reasons, TGC will have to arrange personnel to manage to ensure the safety of students. In addition, costs for program activities have been paid to providers prior to summer camp, so no refunds will be given to students.
